Results-oriented and accountable **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging, among other activities, the various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembly of the requested kit * Adhere to applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in line work and cleanrooms (preferred) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Accountable **Education:** Primary, secondary.
