We invite you to join our community and participate with us to learn about our company, our culture, and future opportunities. **We are now looking for our next:** CYCLIC INVENTORY SUPERVISOR As Cyclic Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring execution of the monthly cyclic counting program by adhering to inventory management procedures, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) inventory across plant warehouses. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English * Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience * Technical Knowledge: Warehouse management, ERP systems, inventory control, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate cyclic counting activities with support from flow carriers, ensuring inventory integrity and reliability across warehouses. * Prepare and communicate cyclic count results, performing root-cause analysis for any deviations detected. * Plan and execute the annual year-end inventory to determine overall plant inventory reliability levels. * Manage and control the returnable packaging circuit—both internally and externally—to ensure its availability and continuous flow. * Make operational decisions related to material transfer, storage, and shipment processes. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all processes, adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Location:** L’Oréal San Luis Plant – San Luis Potosí Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the world of beauty.
