




You will be responsible for managing branch and office resources to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards and goals. Your main responsibilities will be: * Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the work team. * Hire, train, and evaluate staff. * Organize schedules, shifts, and resolve labor conflicts. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. * Control inventory. * Coordinate branch opening and closing procedures. * Monitor income and expenses. * Supervise cash or valuables handling. * Prepare financial or sales reports for central management. * Coordinate travel, transfers, accommodations, and logistics for staff during openings. * Supervise construction progress, furniture, permits, and administrative procedures. * Assist in planning and executing inauguration events.
