RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that sales strategies are properly directed according to the market and respond to the needs and ambitions of potential customers. * Coordinate and increase the sales percentage according to the organization's strategic plan. * Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective sales strategy performance. * Guarantee the use of appropriate Sales Channels for each market and targeted segment. * Coordinate work plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual. * Review and measure the impact of customer-perceived value. * Accountability for results achieved vs. projections. * Measurement and evaluation of sales performance. * Develop new business with existing customers, identify improvement areas to reach sales targets. * Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. * Assist customers with any issues they may encounter. * Act as the first point of contact for new customers after the sale. * Create and distribute materials so customers can obtain maximum value from their product. * Serve as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree and/or specialization in Economic-Administrative fields (preferably). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Excellent service attitude. * Minimum REQUIRED experience of 2 to 3 years in similar positions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrate understanding of the growth cycle of each customer. * Experience in pre-sale and post-sale service. * Gender: Indistinct.
