





Currently, the organization is launching a strategic initiative focused on the **documentation, standardization, and improvement of its critical processes** at the corporate level. To lead this project, a **Process Leader** is required, responsible for coordinating and executing the initiative comprehensively, collaborating cross-functionally with various business areas. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end process identification, analysis, and documentation across all company departments. * Develop and standardize flowcharts, operational manuals, guidelines, internal policies, and institutional templates. * Plan and facilitate working sessions with department heads to define and align cross-functional processes. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization aimed at increasing operational efficiency and strengthening internal controls. * Manage the process improvement project, ensuring proper planning, timeline tracking, deliverable completion, and progress reporting to senior management. * Design and deliver training sessions for teams on documented processes and their updates. Desired Profile * 1–3 years of experience in process analysis, documentation, and improvement. * Demonstrable experience collaborating with operational and administrative departments. * Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills for group work. * Knowledge of team training and organizational change management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * **Work Location:** Chalco Industrial Zone.
