(From request to delivery). * Carry out purchases or service contracts, from request to payment or delivery, except those related to vehicles, mobile units, and telephones. * Maintain control over the list of authorized suppliers and register new ones. * Prepare documentation files for new suppliers according to company requirements. * Acquire, ensure, maintain in optimal working condition, control (from purchase to disposal), and supervise the appropriate use of assets (furniture, office equipment, computer equipment, real estate, etc.). Provide and manage expenses generated by assets (fuel, tolls, maintenance, etc.), except for the purchase of transportation equipment and telephones. * Perform purchases from request to payment and delivery of requested items. Manage tickets and the corresponding format. * Control assets in Microsip from registration to disposal, including necessary status changes. Microsip, labels, individual asset file. * Conduct asset assignment custody records in the Custody File. * Monitor branch and agency inventory in the Inventory File with support from the audit department.
