Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing customer-requested transactions. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Serve customers and users at the teller counter and mobile cash register quickly, courteously, and error-free. Conduct all transactions with honesty and strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, BAZ’s cash-handling policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. Safeguard cash in secure areas and strictly follow bunker security measures. Achieve cash-processing productivity targets and implement the anti-queue action plan. Provide friendly and courteous service to encourage customer return visits and referrals. One year of experience as a cashier or handling cash. Strong interest in customer interaction. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Willingness to work weekends. Honesty in performing job duties. **Value Proposition Salary starting at:** **$1,740 weekly. Weekly commissions of:** $600 MXN. Statutory Benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year; vacation bonus equal to 25% of annual salary; Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary annually—both increasing with seniority. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily shifts from Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
