We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant committed to accuracy, organization, and regulatory compliance, who wishes to contribute to the company’s growth by supporting the department’s financial and administrative operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field \- Flexible availability of working hours \- Knowledge of the Official Journal of the Federation (DOF), Tax Administration Service (SAT), and banking platforms \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in accounts payable/receivable (preferred) \- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel \- Experience in bank reconciliations and management of accounting accounts \- Familiarity with administrative processes and current tax regulations \- Availability for on-site work in San Luis Potosí \- Knowledge of accounting and finance **SKILLS:** \- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping \- Organization and efficient time management \- Analytical ability and capacity to resolve financial issues \- Ability to meet deadlines and work under tax regulations \- Teamwork and effective communication **WE OFFER:** \- Base salary \- Punctuality bonus \- Opportunity for development and growth \- KPI-based bonus scheme, applicable starting from the 4th month, subject to evaluation.
