Supervision and management of workshop personnel. **We are seeking a Workshop Manager with experience in vehicle fleet maintenance.** We are currently recruiting for the position of **Workshop Manager** at a major company in San Cristóbal de las Casas. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet * Reduce vehicle downtime * Perform mechanical diagnosis of gasoline and diesel vehicles * Direct supervision of mechanics and assistants * Validate logbooks, checklists, and route departures * Manage parts orders and track deliveries * Supervise proper installation and verification of replacement parts * Personnel control and management within the workshop **Requirements** * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) * Minimum experience: 3 verifiable years in automotive mechanics (gasoline and diesel) * Ability to operate vehicles of 3.5 tons or more * Valid driver’s license (Chiapas) * Full schedule availability * Willingness to travel * Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (scanner) * Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, **5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (Sundays off | meal breaks according to operational needs) **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $13,500 gross (subject to change) * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, FONACOT, PTU as per law) * Job stability * Training and onboarding * Growth opportunities * **Key Competencies** * Leadership and personnel management * Decision-making * Organization and planning * Problem-solving * Teamwork * Technical analysis * Effective communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you reside in San Cristóbal de las Casas?
