




DESCRIPTION Ensure the proper operation, evolution, and adoption of enterprise applications through functional and technical analysis, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into efficient, documented solutions aligned with business processes. REQUIREMENTS * Experience of **3+ years** as Applications Analyst, Functional Consultant or Applications Administrator. * Gathering and analysis of functional and technical requirements. * Functional documentation (requirements, workflows, manuals, UAT). * Analysis and improvement of business processes. * Functional support to users and incident management. * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. * **English level C1 (mandatory)** for interaction with users, documentation and working sessions. * Academic background in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field**.
