Description
**Job Objective**
Ensure the proper integration, control, and traceability of technical and administrative project information, guaranteeing consistency among field operations, costs, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Integrate and validate **generators, unit prices, and quantity analyses**.
* Prepare **project cost estimates** and compile complete administrative files.
* Maintain **up-to-date, organized, and auditable technical files**.
* Administer **daily logs, drawings, photographic evidence, and project documentation**.
* Manage **requests for quotations** and validation of inputs.
* Ensure **alignment between field execution and documentary support**.
* Track deliverables according to standards of **order, speed, and accuracy**.
**Essential Requirements**
* Minimum **2 years of experience in unit pricing**.
* Experience in **public works projects** (mandatory).
* Proficiency in **reading and interpreting construction drawings**.
* Intermediate **Excel skills** (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
* Strong **documentary discipline and attention to detail**.
* Education: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical degree** (incomplete or completed).
