JOB REQUIREMENTS * Completed technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree, preferably in construction, installations, engineering, or architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in kitchen, closet, lighting, and/or bathroom installations. * Experience in direct client interaction (architects, residents, property owners). * Solid knowledge of technical specifications, construction, and installations for kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and lighting. * Availability to work 100% on-site (administrative tasks in Lomas de Chapultepec; 90% of time on-site in CDMX and metropolitan area; occasionally outside the city). * Working hours: 08:00–18:00 hrs, Monday to Friday. * Willingness to travel occasionally (passport and visa preferred). * Driver's license (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES **Construction Supervision** * Visit active sites to verify pre-installation conditions. * Check measurements, levels, walls, electrical and hydraulic installations, and space preparation. * Verify execution according to mechanical guidelines for furniture reception. **Internal Coordination** * Coordinate with the installation team on execution scheduling. * Maintain communication with designers and commercial advisors regarding progress and necessary adjustments. **Quality Control** * Supervise that installations comply with drawings and brand specifications. * Identify deviations or errors before and during installation. **Incident Tracking** * Report technical or construction-related incidents. * Propose solutions in coordination with relevant departments. **Client / Site Relationship** * Serve as the on-site contact point for architects, contractors, and clients. * Ensure the project is executed as commercially promised. **Project Delivery** * Validate final finishes. * Coordinate formal delivery to the client.
