We have a multidisciplinary team of experts committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using Autodesk Revit. * Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure correct integration of MEP models. * Conduct cross-disciplinary coordination to detect and resolve interferences. * Generate drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from 3D models. * Apply BIM standards and best practices on every project. * Manage and control model versions. * Actively participate in coordination and project progress meetings. * Contribute to continuous improvement of modeling and design processes. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Revit MEP Modeler. * **Education:** Technical or university education related to installations, engineering, or architecture is preferred. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP; solid knowledge of AutoCAD. * **Knowledge:** Essential industry experience, including understanding of applicable workflows and regulations. * **Skills:** Ability to work cross-functionally, effective communication, and attention to detail. * **Languages:** Technical English proficiency is a plus. **Key Skills:** * **Modeler:** Precision and efficiency in model creation. * **Revit:** In-depth experience using Revit tools and functionalities for MEP. * **MEP:** Knowledge of regulations and standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * **Cross-disciplinary:** Ability to work and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse disciplines. * **Industry:** Practical experience and understanding of the sectors where MEP systems are applied. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the energy and technology sector. * Professional development and continuous training. * Excellent working environment within a dynamic and collaborative team. * Participation in innovative and large-scale projects.
