




UniverMilenium Plantel Hidalgo is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration. Responsibilities: Coordinate and carry out the recruitment and selection of teaching and administrative staff, in accordance with the institution’s established job requirements and profiles, to ensure complete staffing. Prepare the weekly preliminary teaching payroll, taking into account incidents reported by the Prefecture Department, in order to submit it to the corresponding department for payment processing. Maintain control over administrative incidents, absences, tardiness, etc. Supervise and ensure compliance with internal teaching and administrative regulations to guarantee optimal departmental operation. Provide staff support regarding specific needs and situations such as leave requests, contract signings, payments, etc., to keep employees informed on these matters. Ensure follow-up throughout the administrative staff lifecycle—from hiring, training, development, and promotions through to separation—to maintain up-to-date records of institutional employees.
