Interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize outcomes. **Join our team as a Process Engineer!** Our organization is currently looking for a passionate **Process Engineer**, driven by efficiency, continuous improvement, and technological innovation—and who wants to be a key player in the company’s operational transformation—this position is for you! **What will be your mission in this role?** Integrate various departments across the organization by defining processes and controls, designing and improving workflows to maximize sales, reduce costs, and increase operational profitability. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Detailed identification and documentation** of the organization’s existing processes. * **Redesigning processes** to make them simplified, efficient, and scalable. * **Integrating automation and artificial intelligence proposals** in collaboration with technology teams to optimize data flows. * **Conducting Gap Analysis** to identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and propose value-generating opportunities. * **Designing target processes** and ensuring adherence to them to achieve key performance indicators (Sales, Costs, NPS, reduction of waste, among others). * Maintaining close communication and co\-creation with all internal departments, as well as occasional engagement with customers, suppliers, and government entities. **What profile are we seeking?** **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred.) * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, retail, consulting, or similar sectors. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English. * **Technical knowledge:** End\-to\-end process mapping, modeling, and analysis. **Desired Skills:** * Strong mathematical reasoning, analytical ability, and strategic thinking focused on results. * Active listening, assertive communication, structured negotiation, and co\-creation with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, prioritization, and adaptability to dynamic environments. * High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling information. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $3,465\.00 gross per week. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Subsidized cafeteria** at 50%. * **Savings fund** to help you achieve your financial goals. * **Paid birthday leave** (so you can enjoy it just as you deserve!). * **Job stability** and an excellent work environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm. * Saturdays: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm. **Job Location:** Yucatán Mz 5 Lt 2, Col.
