Managing payroll, labor relations, and labor regulations A leading international pharmaceutical group, Alivia, with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry—specializing in the distribution and commercialization of high-specialty medications and operating nationwide across Mexico—is seeking a Human Resources Manager. **General Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, or Psychology Essential experience in the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, payroll management, labor relations, occupational safety and hygiene Work location: WTC **Responsibilities:** * Develop targeted recruitment strategies for operational (warehouse, logistics) and administrative roles. * Coordinate efficient selection processes to ensure hiring of qualified and reliable personnel, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry. * Implement training programs. * Design career development and succession plans for key positions within warehouse, transportation, and administrative departments. * Promote an organizational culture grounded in values such as ethics, regulatory compliance, occupational safety and hygiene, and customer service. * Design and implement employee engagement surveys and improvement initiatives. * Design and implement performance evaluations. * Supervise proper payroll administration, incident reporting, employment contracts, and personnel files in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Ensure appropriate management of work shifts, rest periods, and workload distribution for operational staff. * Represent the Human Resources department before labor authorities (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Manage conflict resolution and labor negotiations. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations, occupational health standards, and internal and external audits. **Competencies:** * Effective communication across all organizational levels. * Assertive communication * High level of professionalism and ethics. * Strong integrity and confidentiality. * Service orientation * Ability to solve practical problems and think strategically. * Critical thinking * Ability to interpret legal documentation. * Proficiency with ERP systems or HR management software (e.g., SAP) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
