Job Description: Software Developer (Messaging Services) At Chat2desk Mexico, we are looking for a Software Developer specialized in Messaging Services with an active Scrum Master certification and advanced technical certification in backend architectures or communication platforms (CPaaS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, integrating, and maintaining multichannel messaging ecosystems, ensuring seamless communication between our platforms and end users. Job Objective: Design, develop, and optimize messaging service-oriented applications, ensuring proper platform functionality and efficient generation of technical reports, while guaranteeing system stability and scalability of communication systems. Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications: * Required: Degree or Professional License in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computing Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications specifically for messaging services (handling communication protocols, chat APIs, WebSockets, or similar). * Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Proficiency in database management for report generation and metric adjustments. Responsibilities and Activities: * Functional Adaptation: Customize and enhance the messaging platform’s features according to business requirements. * Report Development: Create, adjust, and optimize performance and usage reports for the platform. * Maintenance: Perform technical adjustments and bug fixes on existing code. * Optimization: Ensure messaging services operate with low latency and high availability. * Documentation: Generate technical documentation for changes and new implementations. Working Conditions: * Employment Type: Full-time. * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturday: 10:00–15:00 hrs. * Work Modality: Hybrid. * Salary: * MXN $30,000–$45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and technical expertise.
