We are more than 121\.000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles, including finance experts, legal specialists, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What Are We Looking For?** ========================== **Responsible for the technical and operational execution of strategic and commercial initiatives in Wealth and Private Banking, focusing on supporting the Distribution Network and enabling tools, communications, and processes that drive commercial activity in the segment.** * Independently participate in executing various activities within Banking processes, providing specialized technical knowledge in monitoring and implementing management and governance models, as well as defining channel mixes for each segment and/or product. * Support the Wealth and Private Banking (W&PB) Network in resolving queries and expediting contracting processes, ensuring efficient and consistent commercial execution. * Support the operation of Banca al Día (an internal commercial communication channel) by creating and updating the Bank’s most strategic messages, ensuring their consistency, timeliness, and relevance. * Maintain the Wealth and Private Banking website up to date, highlighting the most impactful commercial aspects and facilitating access to key information for the Network. * Prepare the weekly Network kick-off as a key communication tool to promote priority commercial initiatives and align segment execution.
