Kitchen, storage, and workplace cleaning **Cafeteria Multitask Operator – AICM** **Work Location:** Mexico City International Airport (Terminal 1 /) **Department:** Cafeteria **Position:** Multitask Operator **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Morning shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Intermediate shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM **Job Description** We are seeking **Multitask Operators** for cafeterias within the AICM, responsible for supporting daily operations, customer service, food handling, and cleaning, ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service and bar service * Basic food and beverage preparation * Kitchen, storage, and workplace cleaning * Handling and storage of supplies under the FIFO system * Dating, labeling, and inventory control * Proper use of utensils and equipment * Cafeteria opening and closing (including basic cash handling) * Completion of waste reporting forms * Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations * Teamwork and general operational support **Requirements** * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in: * Cafeterias or restaurants * Basic point-of-sale operation * Customer service * Basic knowledge of food and beverages * Availability to rotate shifts **Competencies and Attitudes** * Service-oriented attitude * Responsibility and punctuality * Teamwork * Commitment * Tolerance and empathy * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** * **Salary:** $10,000 monthly net * **Statutory benefits** * Continuous training * Job stability * Excellent working environment **Work Area:** Inside the AICM **Apply through this channel and join our team** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $10,001.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
