Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and dynamic individual with experience in operational and administrative Human Resources to manage processes and support employees. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Management of employee onboarding and offboarding. * Preparation and follow-up of final settlements and severance calculations. * Administration and control of physical and digital personnel files. * Preparation of HR department reports and metrics. * Employee incident handling and follow-up. * Support for Organizational Development processes. * Control and updating of contracts, documentation, and internal transfers. * Tracking of medical leaves, vacations, permissions, and absences. * Employee support and resolution of HR-related inquiries. * Support for administrative and operational department tasks. * Handling and follow-up of disciplinary matters and separations. * Coordination with various departments to track internal processes. Specific Activities: * Perform employee onboarding in the system and file setup. * Execute employee offboarding per internal procedures. * Calculate and deliver final settlements. * Support labor severance processes. * Request and validate onboarding documentation. * Maintain updated and organized personnel files. * Generate weekly and monthly personnel movement reports. * Follow up on contract renewals. * Record and update incidents. * Directly address employee inquiries regarding payroll, vacations, and internal processes. * Apply administrative forms and employment letters. * Follow up on OD processes such as workplace climate, evaluations, or internal communications. * Support internal HR audits. * Manage personnel databases and administrative personnel control. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Knowledge of: * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Final settlements and severance calculations. * Personnel file administration. * Incident management and administrative control. * Organizational Development. * Personnel management. * Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Organized, responsible, and able to prioritize urgent tasks. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills.
