Your mission will be to ensure operational continuity while current systems undergo transformation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide functional and technical support for Financials and Human Capital Management applications. * Address incidents, requests, and user tickets. * Support Oracle EBS R12 modules: AR, AP, GL, PO, AF. * Analyze and resolve database issues (Oracle / SQL Server). * Execute queries and adjustments using PL/SQL. * Support integrations via REST and SOAP services. * Collaborate directly with business users (Finance, Accounting, HR). * Ensure operational continuity during the ERP modernization process. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or related field. **Immediate availability required.** * Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 in financial modules: AR, AP, PO, AF, GL. **Specific technical knowledge required:** * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases * PL/SQL programming language * Technical and functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (AR, AP, PO, AF, GL) * Consumption of REST and SOAP services * Business analysis capability * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with users * Experience in user support and incident resolution **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $45,000 to $54,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits **Initial 9-month contract with potential for extension.** * Monday \- Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM * Work location: Polanco \- 100% on-site **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** IT Services and Consulting *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e6591f580000330052f876\&source\=indeed*
