The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of building projects for clients in Mexico and the United States, collaborating with binational teams and ensuring compliance with applicable technical regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop electrical systems for building projects: lighting, lighting control, power, outlets, grounding, and single-line diagrams. * Prepare drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD and Revit. * Perform electrical calculations and validate solutions in accordance with current regulations. * Participate in coordination meetings with teams from Mexico and the United States, and with clients as required. * Ensure technical quality and consistency of project deliverables. * Provide technical support to junior-level staff, as experience permits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Experience in designing electrical installations for building projects. * Proficiency in Revit / Revit MEP and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and codes (NOM, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, LEED, Energy Code). * Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation and participating in meetings. * Ability to collaborate effectively, self-manage, and maintain a strong focus on technical quality. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing multinational company with technically demanding projects. * Involvement in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Own It Program (WSP stock acquisition with company contribution). * Annual performance reviews and organizational climate surveys. * A diverse, inclusive environment aligned with our ESG principles. \#LI\-AMS \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-MX\-Ciudad de México**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 4**Job Posting** Apr 27, 2026, 10:53:33 AM
