Hidalgo, Los Parajes). *Due to punctuality and transportation considerations, proximity to this location is mandatory.* * **Minimum Education:** Completed junior high school (with verifiable transcript or certificate). * **Age:** Over 18 years old. * **Availability:** Mandatory availability to rotate across **three shifts** (Morning: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; Night: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). * **Physical Condition:** Must be physically fit to perform strenuous physical labor and lift heavy loads, fully complying with occupational safety and health regulations (NOM\-036\-STPS for manual handling of loads). * **Experience:** Not required — we seek motivated individuals with adaptability and strong adherence to regulations.
