Job Description : About the position: The Agricultural Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the following areas:* Contribute to optimizing operational performance by ensuring proper condition of tractors, implements, and trucks, maximizing their efficiency and reducing downtime. * Reduce long-term costs by proactively identifying issues before they become more expensive corrective maintenance. * Ensure all vehicles and machinery comply with safety standards and regulations. * Maintain continuous equipment availability by keeping machinery and vehicles ready for use, preventing delays in critical operations. * Increase reliability, reflecting commitment to quality and operational responsibility. * Training and skill development regarding tractor operation and implement usage, improving staff technical competence. Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:* Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanical Engineering, or proven experience in tractor and agricultural equipment repair. * Experience in diesel engine and hydraulic system maintenance. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Intermediate knowledge of administrative tools (Office 365\). * Knowledge in generating and interpreting technical reports. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel.
