




Job Summary: Online shipment management, ensuring timely deliveries and coordinating with sales, warehouse, and courier services. Key Highlights: 1. Key coordination among departments and logistics operators. **Mission:** Manage online order shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries; serve as the liaison between sales, warehouse, and courier services. **Responsibilities:** * Generate and manage shipping labels on courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta, 99minutos, J\&T, etc.). * Track the lifecycle of each order: payment confirmation, preparation, dispatch, and final delivery. * Manage logistics incidents: delayed, lost, rejected, or misaddressed packages. * Handle and resolve tickets on Mercado Libre, Amazon, and other marketplaces. * Update order statuses on each platform’s control panels. * Coordinate with the warehouse for proper package preparation. * Prepare daily reports on processed, shipped, and pending orders. * Reconcile generated shipping labels versus invoices issued by the logistics operator. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in e\-commerce or logistics. * Experience with Mercado Libre and at least one other marketplace. * Proficiency in courier services and Excel/Sheets. **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, communication, proactivity, and problem-solving.
