We are looking for: **Payroll Coordinator** **Location**: Av. Hidalgo y Chapultepec, Guadalajara, Jal. **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll processing * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * SUA reconciliations * Payroll tax calculation * Settlement and severance calculations * Loan deductions and portal payments * Employment contracts **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience (managing rosters of at least 500 employees) * Completed bachelor's degree * Proficiency in Nomipaq, SUA, IDSE, SAT, Infonavit, SIPARE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, and Fonacot **We Offer:** * $18,000 monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * Educational support * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Join our team!
