Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record invoices and journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, support month-end and year-end closings and tax filings, and contribute to process improvements within the department. Collaboration in the preparation of financial statements. **We Are Hiring an Accounting Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Record revenue and expense invoices in the accounting system. * Record journal entries. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Reconcile ISR and VAT withholdings. * Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records (digital and physical). * Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Assist with monthly and annual accounting closings. * Collections and invoicing. * Track supplier payments and collections. * Support and participate in DIOT filing. * Support administrative and compliance-related processes. * Participate in departmental process improvement activities. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $12,000 MXN (net) * DIOT-related commission * Statutory benefits * Attendance, punctuality, and productivity bonuses (starting after 3 months) Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * DIOT knowledge: 1 year (preferred) * Contpaq proficiency: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
