Position Summary: This position seeks a professional to control, monitor, and optimize budgets for structural steel construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Budget control and optimization in structural steel construction projects. 2. Preparation and monitoring of construction budgets. 3. Cost analysis and deviation control. **Position Objective:** Ensure budget control, monitoring, and optimization in structural steel construction projects through cost analysis, deviation control, and generation of reports enabling timely decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and update construction budgets for structural steel projects. * Monitor and track actual expenditures versus authorized budgets. * Identify, analyze, and report budget deviations. * Develop catalogs of items and unit price analyses (UPA) specific to structural steel (fabrication, supply, and erection). **Required Profile:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 5 years in budget control within construction, preferably in structural steel. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Construction budgeting and unit price analysis. * Structural steel fabrication and erection processes. * Construction site control and project administration. * Advanced Excel skills and cost management software (Neodata, Opus, or others).
