Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Diagnose, attend to, and deliver customized solutions for devices. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and indicators. What are we looking for in you? Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Experience in customer service and support. Reside near the work location. Full-time availability.
