Professional stability and development JOIN THE MACSTORE TEAM At MacStore, an Apple Premium Reseller (APR) and authorized Apple partner, we seek a technology- and customer-service-passionate Technical Support professional. We offer continuous training, Apple certification, and real career growth within a leading company in Latin America. What will you do? Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Diagnose, attend to, and deliver customized solutions for devices. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and indicators. What are we looking for in you? Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Experience in customer service and support. Reside near the work location. Full-time availability.
