Mandatory Experience: Technical culinary knowledge, hygienic food handling, equipment operation. Hygienic food handling guidelines (H Distinctions). Use of kitchen chemical products. Waste and spoilage control. AyB systems. Main Responsibilities Supervise the preparation of food and beverages to deliver an excellent-quality product aligned with customer needs and established quality, flavor, and yield standards. Supervise implementation of hygiene standards for food handling to ensure food safety compliance. Apply control and operational mechanisms for area development to comply with the company’s Quality guidelines. Supervise kitchen staff to ensure they perform their duties according to established processes and within an appropriate work environment. Coordinate production and administrative processes such as purchase orders, scheduling of kitchen service shifts, and kitchen inventories to guarantee kitchen functionality. Propose recipes and dish improvements based on market trends and customer preferences identified. Supervise compliance with gram weight and flavor standardization in recipes to meet established waste and yield percentages.
