Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. * Minimum education required: University degree in Medicine. * Experience in labor and health regulation. * Expertise in emergency medical care and accident response. * Expertise in occupational medicine. * Valid certification in CPR and first aid. * Knowledge of medical record management and fitness-for-duty assessments. * Proficiency in completing ST7 forms and managing ST9\. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage medical records, training documentation, and official documents to ensure their validity and completeness. * Provide urgent and primary-level medical care to personnel, conducting comprehensive medical evaluations. * Conduct workstation assessments to identify potential health hazards. * Deliver training on health, safety, and ergonomics to all staff. * Support implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance with STPS and SSA. * Participate in committee and subcommittee meetings to establish guidelines and investigate accidents and incidents. * Supervise contractor protocol compliance to prevent accidents and injuries. * Carry out the annual risk premium.
