APT GUA AIRPORT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

At the Aguascalientes Airport, we are looking for responsible talent to ensure the continuity of airfield operations through the preservation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and airport infrastructure in general, in accordance with quality standards and company policies, by properly managing technical and financial resources and strict environmental measures. **Essential Requirements:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in infrastructure, maintenance, and preservation within an airport environment. Knowledge of national and international airport regulations, STPS health and safety standards, civil and electromechanical construction, electrical and electromechanical systems, electrical substations, air conditioning systems, visual aids, asphalt, construction management and control, reduction of electricity and water consumption, quality indicators, Integrated Management Systems based on ISO standards, and Environmental Quality Certification processes. **Work Location:** Carretera Panamericana Km. 22, 20340 Buenavista de Peñuelas, Ags. **Knowledge:** * Management of preservation plans * MEP project management * Energy management **Main Job Responsibilities** * Ensure **airport operational continuity** through maintenance and preservation of the current airfield infrastructure. * Develop, monitor, and execute, on time and as required, the **Annual Maintenance and Cleaning Program (PAML)** according to the airport's needs and assigned budget. * Manage work orders in Máximo APP, assign tasks, and supervise maintenance activities. * Ensure **Operational Safety** through maintenance and preservation of the airport’s existing infrastructure. * Perform **maintenance and preservation of airport assets** to extend their useful life and manage asset life cycles for retirement planning. * Ensure the preservation of strips, pavements, and visual aids that comprise the airfield. * Manage **Technical Assessments and Technical Specifications Documents** according to the airport infrastructure's maintenance requirements and needs. * Manage necessary **Purchase Requests** for contracting construction works, services, and supplies. * Ensure proper execution of the **current expense budget and investment budget**. * Guarantee the implementation of projects and compliance with authorized acquisitions in the **Master Development Program**. * Ensure compliance with regulations to maintain the **Airfield Certification**. * Participate in **internal and external audits** related to job functions. * Coordinate optimization of material and human resources to reduce airport electricity and water consumption. * Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance staff under responsibility, as well as subcontracted personnel.
