Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Coordinator to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise staff, and coordinate with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of building preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Supervision of maintenance and cleaning staff. 3. Coordination with suppliers and customer service. **We are seeking: HVAC Maintenance Coordinator** **Education:** Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years in a similar position**. * Experience managing **maintenance and cleaning staff**. * Supplier and contractor management, plus direct customer service. * Knowledge of **HVAC systems** (mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of building **preventive and corrective maintenance**. * Supervision of maintenance and cleaning staff. * Monitoring and control of the property’s **critical systems**. * Direct customer service and incident resolution. * Coordination with suppliers and follow-up on external services. * Compliance with **safety regulations and applicable legislation**. **Offer:** * **Base salary:** $18,000 monthly gross (paid weekly) * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers \+ Life insurance * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Location:** Portal San Ángel, CDMX Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
