Ongoing training and career development plan Job Objective Ensure the loading, transportation, and delivery of cargo with due care, on time and in accordance with the company's established processes to guarantee delivery quality. Main Responsibilities Ensure that the cargo to be loaded matches the items listed on the dispatch notes. Verify that the loaded cargo meets required quality standards for delivery in good condition. Ensure cargo is properly arranged to maximize vehicle capacity. * Carry all documentation required for cargo delivery. * Secure cargo on time according to the designated route and location; correct cubic capacity management and zero-loss control. * Operate the vehicle in strict compliance with traffic regulations, defensive driving practices, and road safety etiquette. * Drive the vehicle correctly to achieve optimal fuel efficiency. Candidate Profile 3 years of experience operating vehicles. Cargo handling, loading, and unloading maneuvers. * Experience operating heavy-duty trucks (e.g., freight carriers). * Knowledge of local and long-distance routes. * Valid federal Class B driver's license. * Valid medical-psychological fitness certificate.
