Depending on the student's skills, interests, and learning goals, the intern will contribute as a software developer and/or QA engineer. In this role, the intern may be involved in activities such as: * Developing and maintaining debugger features, tools, or supporting infrastructure. * Designing, implementing, and executing automated tests to ensure product quality and reliability. * Investigating, reproducing, and analyzing software issues and defects. * Collaborating closely with experienced engineers to understand system internals and debugging workflows. * Learning best practices in software engineering, code quality, and test methodologies. **Qualifications:** ------------------- Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent field. * 1\+ year of experience with: + Software development and testing in C\+\+ and/or C\# WPF. + Computer architecture and operating systems. + Application debuggers like GDB. * Advance English level. * Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with configuring Linux and Windows systems. * Experience working with software testing. * Knowledge about Open\-Source Software.
