




Job Summary: This Security Guard role focuses on prevention, monitoring, access control, and guest assistance, ensuring safety across various areas and managing emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct continuous patrols and detect suspicious activities or hazards. 2. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and manage access for staff and visitors. 3. Activate emergency protocols and provide basic first aid. • Preventive surveillance • Conduct continuous patrols in operational areas, hallways, parking lots, entrances, public areas, and restricted zones. Detect suspicious activities, hazards, anomalies, or unsafe conditions. • Verify the functionality of doors, alarms, lights, fire suppression systems, and cameras. B. Monitoring and access control • Monitor the CCTV system, alarms, and access control systems. Manage access for staff, contractors, suppliers, and visitors. • Record entries and exits in logs and internal platforms. • C. Guest and public assistance • Provide support and guidance to guests regarding inquiries or incidents. Accompany guests or staff in cases of risk or sensitive transfers. • Maintain courteous, professional, and strictly confidential interactions. D. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT • Activate and implement protocols for fires, earthquakes, leaks, accidents, thefts, or other emergencies.
