




Job Summary: Supervises and controls production processes, manages quality, leads the team operationally, and performs autonomous equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous equipment maintenance and care Production process control In-process quality control Autonomous equipment maintenance and care Operational team leadership Shift information management • Reading, interpreting, and entering process parameters on the control screen (indispensable) • Dimensional verification of products using measuring instruments (caliper, template) • Basic machinery failure diagnosis (identification of symptoms, alarms, and prior conditions) • First-level autonomous maintenance (cleaning key points, checking fluid levels, and tightening bolts) • Knowledge of concrete mix (consistency, workability, and factors affecting it) • Minimum 2 years operating industrial machinery with parametric control in continuous process manufacturing • Experience reading and interpreting process parameters on HMI or PLC screens • Experience performing dimensional verification of products using measuring instruments • Preferred: experience in precast concrete manufacturing, construction materials, or ceramic industry • Preferred: experience in autonomous maintenance or TPM Completed secondary education with a technical degree in mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, or industrial fields Shifts rotate between 6:00 am–6:00 pm and 6:00 pm–6:00 am $18,000.00 Statutory Benefits + Enhanced Benefits (Savings Fund, Funeral Expense Insurance) . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 26 and 47 years Keywords: operator, operario, operator
