Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with comprehensive experience in designing, building, integrating, and optimizing frontend and backend solutions, with a strong focus on resolving complex problems. Position: Full Stack Developer We seek a Full Stack Developer with experience in end-to-end solution development, capable of actively participating in the design, construction, integration, and optimization of frontend and backend components. The primary focus of this position is resolving hardware and software problems; therefore, candidates must be able to diagnose complex incidents, identify root causes, and document the entire problem-resolution lifecycle in a structured manner. This includes initial reporting, technical analysis, solution proposal, implementation, validation, and documented closure. The ability to maintain clear technical traceability will be highly valued. Key responsibilities include developing complete frontend and backend functionalities, integrating cloud services with Google Cloud, optimizing queries and data models in PostgreSQL and SQL Server, participating in code reviews, implementing automated tests, and collaborating on technical solution design. Additionally, the role involves providing technical support and mentoring to junior developers. The position requires moderate autonomy and sound judgment to make technical decisions within one’s scope, understanding of design patterns, and comprehension of the system’s overall architecture and inter-service interactions. Candidates should also be able to detect logical errors during code reviews and propose improvements for performance and maintainability. Desired candidate profile: degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; software development experience; knowledge of microservices, microfrontends, version control, DevOps, Scrum, and collaborative work methodologies. Proficiency or experience in several of the following technologies is required: GoLang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Gin, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, React Native, GCP, Cloud Run, APIs, Apigee, and Pub/Sub. Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and database design is also valued. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. As an added advantage, familiarity with PLCs—particularly in contexts requiring interaction with hardware components or industrial processes—will be viewed positively. However, this knowledge is not decisive for the position. Performance indicators: timely task completion, accuracy between estimated and actual effort, quality of deliverables, code robustness, absence of basic logical errors, and gradual growth in volume and complexity of assigned tasks. .
