




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals with experience in designing and evaluating training plans, as well as utilizing diverse methodologies and managing transportation personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing and evaluating customized training plans 2. Using various training methodologies 3. Operating the SIRCE system and experience with transportation personnel We require proactive candidates with experience in: * Designing customized training plans. * Measuring training impact through assessments. * Staying current with the latest online and in-person training tools and platforms. * Conducting Training Needs Analysis. * Applying different methodologies, such as workshops, seminars, coaching, etc. * Proficiency in the SIRCE system (STPS) is mandatory. * Experience managing transportation personnel. * Availability of time. * DC5 registration is mandatory.
