Job Description: A manufacturing-sector company is seeking a Packaging Operations Supervisor, responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow and compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards through effective team coordination. Requirements: Education: Completed high school or technical degree (Engineering preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising personnel on the shop floor or in production processes Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and industrial safety Basic Excel skills and report generation Flexible working hours Main Responsibilities: Supervise the packaging team’s activities during assigned shifts Ensure adherence to the production schedule Verify that processes are executed according to quality standards Coordinate proper operation of machinery and equipment Monitor productivity, efficiency, and goal achievement Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Prepare production reports, incident reports, and personnel performance reports We Offer: Monthly salary of $12,000 Weekly payment Statutory benefits Life insurance Training Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Work Location: Lerma, State of Mexico. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 40 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, operations, operations
