Positive work environment **TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work Locations: Huixquilucan Responsibilities: Provide user support and service by delivering first- and second-level technical support across the company's diverse technology portfolio. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science Monday to Friday working hours 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation is required; occasional on-site support trips throughout Mexico may be necessary. 1–2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networking, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance.
