The primary objective of this position is to ensure branch operational continuity, guaranteeing that all users have the necessary technological tools for their roles. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage inventory of computing and telecommunications assets. * Ensure optimal performance of IT applications. * Verify IP telephony services and communication with patients. * Manage information security. * Monitor the annual Technology Infrastructure Strategy plan. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Technical knowledge: * Server and Active Directory administration. * Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems. * Helpdesk management, structured cabling, and Google Workspace administration. **We Offer:** * Gross salary of $14,000 to $16,000. * Statutory benefits. * 15 vacation days.
