Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Palletizing Operator Description Ensure the operation of the palletizing process according to Crown's established standards, procedures, controls, and policies under a continuous improvement process, minimizing cycle times, optimizing materials, and supporting lead mechanics to achieve operational KPI targets, business growth, retention, and profitability, while meeting customer requirements. Requirements Technical degree or technological high school diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Machinery and Tools, or related field. Certifications and Competencies Statistical Process Control • Sense of responsibility • Interest in production and manufacturing areas • Minimum 1 year in current position Job Summary** Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of palletizing machinery to stack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. Job Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor automated and semi\-automated palletizing equipment. * Load and unload products onto conveyors and pallets according to established procedures. * Inspect products for defects or damage before and after palletization. * Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the palletizing equipment. * Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. * Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machinery. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or concerns. * Complete necessary production logs and reports accurately. * Assist in other warehouse or production tasks as needed.
