POSITION: Maintenance Coordinator JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of our branches nationwide through external maintenance providers and internal crews, maintaining a healthy relationship by assigning work orders, receiving evidence and reports of completed work, and managing corresponding payments timely and accurately.
