Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Field Technical Support professional to diagnose and resolve technical failures, handling user incidents and requests on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, Switch, and Hub configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports 100% FIELD WORK Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
