Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate first aid, control crowds, utilize security technology, and demonstrate leadership and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Manages risks and develops contingency plans for various scenarios. 2. Applies regulations and legislation regarding security, civil protection, and events. 3. Leads security teams and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders. SECURITY SUPERVISOR **KNOWLEDGE** **Risk Management** * Identification of threats (crowds, fires, riots, etc.) * Assessment of venue vulnerabilities * Development of contingency plans **Regulations and Legislation** * Knowledge of local laws on security, civil protection, and events * Occupancy regulations, emergency exits, and signage **First Aid** * Basic medical emergency response * Coordination with medical services and ambulances **Crowd Control** * Crowd dynamics (preventing stampedes or overcapacity) * Access management and evacuations **Communication and Leadership** * Security team management * Clear communication with authorities, staff, and the public **Security Technology** * Use of CCTV, radios, metal detectors * Monitoring and access control systems * INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SEND MESSAGE AND CV TO 9931501434, LIC.
