Main Responsibilities Financial Administration * Control and recording of income and expenses. * Tracking of payments to suppliers, services, and fixed costs. * Invoice, receipt, and tax documentation control. * Bank reconciliations and account movement tracking. * Organization and safekeeping of financial records (digital and physical). * Support in preparing basic administrative and financial reports. * Petty cash control and operational expense management. Human Resources Administration Attendance, schedule, and punctuality tracking for staff. * Support in payroll management, incidents, and payments. * Organization of personnel files (contracts, documents, onboarding). * Tracking of team administrative matters (leave requests, vacations, medical leaves). * Clear and orderly communication with the team regarding administrative topics. General Administrative Management Organization of documents, contracts, and general files. * Support in internal administrative processes. * Tracking of pending items and key deadlines. * Maintaining systems, files, and folders perfectly organized. * Coordination with external accounting when necessary. Required Profile Education Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress). Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in financial and personnel administration. * Experience in SMEs or workshops/production companies is desirable.
