Development and monitoring of indicators (KPIs) **HOGAN LOVELLS is seeking a Database Analyst** Job Objective: To analyze, manage, and transform large volumes of information into **strategic reports and key performance indicators**, supporting decision-making within the firm while ensuring **data integrity, quality, and reliability**. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and cleansing of high-volume databases. * Data capture, validation, and updating in internal systems. * Information analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. * Preparation of executive reports and dashboards in Excel. * Development and monitoring of **indicators (KPIs)** to measure operational performance. * Automation of processes and reports using advanced Excel tools. * Collaboration with various departments to obtain and analyze information. * Ensuring data quality, consistency, and confidentiality. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as a data or database analyst. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, complex formulas; macros are desirable). * Proven experience handling **large volumes of information**. * Knowledge of data analysis, report generation, and indicator development. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization and control * Results orientation * Proactivity * Handling of confidential information Interested candidates should send an email to maria.soriano@hoganlovells.com Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
