Job Summary: As a Technology Solutions Architect at Kuehne+Nagel, you will generate and design system solutions for Contract Logistics, implementing and providing strategic support between IS, regional operations, and customers. At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Technology Solutions Architect Generate and design system solutions for Contract Logistics; implement and provide strategic support between IS, regional operations, and customers; user training; system configuration; process improvement; service and WMS with related applications supporting continuity of our customers’ business operations. **How to make an impact** 1. Generate, design, and implement system solutions through requirements analysis. (Key player in CRP) 2. Manage work orders / tickets for new customer requests / functionalities. 3. Implement, maintain, and support warehouse and transportation systems for new customers and internal projects using a project management methodology. 4. Implement integration projects (mapping/development of interfaces) between internal and external applications. 5. Participate as a functional expert for warehouse systems and their interaction with distribution applications, jointly designing solutions with operations teams and staff departments. 6. Create development, configuration, integration, and user (SIT) test scenarios. 7. Support issue resolution during UAT execution. 8. Execute actions derived from local/regional/global CL Systems strategy, acting as the regional contact for assigned project development. 9. Identify/recommend/implement process changes to drive improvements in operational processes. 10. Manage support incidents and problems via ticketing system. 11. Participate in requirements analysis and workshops. 12. Infrastructure management (RF, Zebra/Laser printers). 13. Command/algorithm handling in JDA/BY. 14. Customized screen/menu handling. 15. Understanding of communication channels [AS2, sFTP]. 16. BY GUI / Client handling. 17. QA and Project Management methodology handling. 18. Provide EDI/API technical support for customer and supplier solutions. 19. Actively participate in logical and process mapping of various solutions. 20. Collaborate with Customer Solutions to develop customer visibility platforms. 12. SQL-ORACLE query usage desirable; MOCA, Lexedit usage. 21. Collaborate on report design for customers, e.g., operational and financial KPIs. **What we’d like you to bring** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. IS Team (Level #2 and #3) – Incident escalation.
