ACTIVITIES: * Supervise and evaluate unit performance in basic maneuvers, public road driving, and simulated situations. * Ensure evaluations comply with safety protocols. * Document evaluation results, highlighting unit strengths and areas for improvement. * Provide feedback to those evaluated. * General status reporting. * Operator training. * Conduct Defensive Driving Workshops. ✅WE OFFER: * Monthly gross base salary / Biweekly payment to the bank of your choice. * Statutory benefits: IMSS coverage from day one, 15 days’ Christmas bonus, 12 vacation days upon completion of one year, and a 25% vacation premium.
